Overview
Walmart's innovation arm, Store No. 8, was a key client of ours. They were building conversational AI products and hired us to define and execute on a new list experience for their SMS-based shopping assistant. At the same time, we were tasked with coaching their product team on how to conduct continuous discovery efficiently.
Working alongside a design and engineering counterpart, I led a 12-week contract to teach and execute this coaching initiative. This was one of the first of its kind that we had delivered to our clients, and the great feedback and success we achieved prompted our leadership team to turn it into a structured and proprietary curriculum. This allowed us to expand our offerings and services to future clients.
